Back when Green Porno first came out a couple of years ago, everyone was shocked that international super star and style icon Isabella Rossellini wanted to dress up like a bee, and talk about bug sex.
Now, in Sundance’s third season of Green Porno, in the first three films of the series, Isabella is talking about the routines of sea animals popular in human kitchens. Ah yes, fish sex. And even fish and sea animals you like to eat! Yum!
The first three films are titled “Bon Appetit: Shrimp,” “Bon Appetit: Squid” and “Bon Appetit: Anchovy.” Isabella also talks to marine biologist, Claudio Campagna, who talks about what we can do to keep our plates in balance with the sea. (You know, because fish are the Kittens of the Sea!)
In the fourth film of the series, “Harem on the Beach: Elephant Seal” Isabella and her pal Campagna travel to Argentinean Patagonia to watch the seals...eh...harem it up on the beachess
Personally, I find Isabella’s Green Porno amazing, and I love that such a typically classy and straight-edged actress willingly and passionately works on a project such as the Green Porno series.
All four of the films are “executed with handmade aesthetic”, uses both real world and cartoon footage, and features Isabella using animation, paper cut-outs and puppets to illustrate each species’ peculiar way of gettin’ it on.
