BitchBuzz at The Friday Jones Launch Party in NYC

Here are some words: tattoo parlor opening. What do you think? Do you think Budweiser, hard rock, and motorcycles? Well, not so in New York City. And not so with Bitchbuzz favorite Friday Jones, who just celebrated the opening of her high end tattoo parlor with an amazing party at Senses Salon in New York City.

The Giant Cupcake at the Covent Garden Real Food Market

Just a few minutes ago, a gigantic cupcake was sliced and served to hundreds of tourists, cake lovers and opportunistic passersby at the Covent Garden Real Food Market. The cupcake, designed by Culinary Olympic winner Michelle Wibowo, was indeed gigantic. And, of course, as pink as possible.

Restaurant Review: Locale Balham

The Ferrari restaurant in London's Balham has recently undergone a £100,000 refurbishment and been reborn as part of the Locale family. Locale, which also has restaurants in Fulham, East Dulwich, Blackheath and Waterloo offers a variety of modern Italian cuisine in a relaxed environment using locally sourced ingredients.

Review: Harry Potter #6, Lord of the Horcuxes

It's here, the fix fans have been waiting for since 2007 and the last book came out. There's finally a new addition to the Harry Potter universe to curb those cravings. And Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince does deliver. Perhaps even more than the fans were expecting.

Why Midnight Movies Are Worth the Rabid Fans

I have long been a fan of the midnight movie showings. I'm a little embarrassed to admit that I've seen every Harry Potter film - except for the first one - at a midnight showing. Tonight at midnight marks the U.S. premiere of Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince, and I've got my tickets ready. But what makes midnight movies so much fun, even for the non-rabid fans?

ALL THOU ART – Where You Become the Art

Gone are the days where art is perceived as admiring pretty pictures adorned upon a gallery wall. On Thursday evening, acclaimed artist Amos and Ghost Farringdon teamed up to present a unique exhibition entitled ALL ART THOU - quite a different take on the definition of art which was held in the for...

Mark Ronson to Join Duran Duran on Stage at Lovebox

With the ridiculous amount of tired old bands reuniting these days (did someone say, 'Cha-Ching'!), it seems that the bands you used to love might need to up their game somewhat in order to hold our attention. Again.

Internet Artists with a Bite

There's a lot of great and interesting art online, from photographers to painters to all kinds of random stuff on deviantart. The problem is it can be difficult to find all the awesome out there because there is so much of it. Here are a couple of inspiring and edgy photographer's to give you some artistic inspiration. Some of them are more on the gothic side, but hey, that's the great thing about the internet, if what you do ...

Why I'm So Over the Romantic Comedy

The RomCom. The Chick Flick. The Date Movie. I am so incredibly over them all. Are these really the only films big studio moguls think are marketable to women? Do they really think women are all about babies, marriage, shoes, and that cute purse from Gucci? Sandra Bullock scored big on the opening weekend of The Proposal: it was her first #1 film in ages, and her top grossing film in even longer. But what's the draw? We're all familiar with the plot, and I don't even need to see the m...
