I know national cupcake week is over, but for those of you who aren't totally cupcaked-out there's an interesting artist worth checking out. Amsterdam based photographer Elza Jo digs deeper into the icing and manages to turn cupcakes something both scary and cute at the same time.
I like how Elza Jo dares to be a bit different than a lot of other female artists. Yes, the fashion element is there. Yes, a lot of her photos are sel...

Safety Geeks: SVI is a web-series which capitalizes on the SVU, Law & Order, CSI craze of the last ten years, taking a uniquely sexy, high-tech, tongue-in-cheek approach to spoofing the pivotal plots and characters and quandaries which one normally finds in a modern day crime series.

I only fully understood the potential of Polaroids at a party this year. A Party-Thrower had just moved in to a new abode and was happy-snapping photos of his guests and sticking them on the wall. I say 'happy snapping' but at over a pound a pop, they weren't really cheap. They looked awesome at the end though, although I stole mine and took it home because I am a sentimental girl.

Every year, from July to September, the State Rooms at Buckingham Palace are open to the public, tourists, and measly commoners alike. It’s interesting that the public must pay £30 to get inside a building that their tax dollars, erm, pounds are paying for – but there you have it. I suppose the grand ticket price is to keep the chavs and council estate princesses out of the...

Back when Green Porno first came out a couple of years ago, everyone was shocked that international super star and style icon Isabella Rossellini wanted to dress up like a bee, and talk about bug sex. Now, in Sundance’s third season of Green Porno, in the first three films of the series, Isabella is talking about the routines of sea animals popular in human kitchens. Ah yes, fish sex....

Earlier this year, Fall aired a "sneak preview" episode of one of it's new Fall shows, Glee. The premise of the show is pretty interesting: bored high school teacher with a crazy wife decides to revive the Glee club at his school. There's potential for hilarity, great one liners, and timeless pop culture references in a show about a high school music club.
